China Inspection and Certification Group (abbreviated as CCIC) was established in 1980 with the approval of the State Council, and is a currently part of the State-Owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC). CCIC is a comprehensive quality service organization with “inspection, appraisal, certification, and testing” as its main business. CCIC owns two major brands – CCIC and CQC, and operates three main businesses of inspection & verification, certification and testing services.
